How to Get Started:

  1. Visit our homepage 
     On the homepage, select “Online Banking” in the upper right. 
  2. Enter your username
    For first time set-up, your username will be your savings
    account (member) number.
  3. Click “Login”
  4. Enter your password
    For first time set-up, your temporary password will be the last four digits of the primary
    accountholder’s social security number. Business accounts will use the last four digits of the
    business’ TIN.
  5. Create a new password and set up security questions 
    Follow the prompts to change your temporary password and select security questions and answers.

*Temporary passwords are valid for 24 hours. If your password has expired, please contact us to reset your password.

Mobile Deposit

Deposit checks almost anytime, anywhere with the ease of taking a picture. Just tap, snap, and deposit! 

How to Get Started:

  1. Download the Riverview mobile app
  2. Open the app on your device and select “Deposit Check” under the “Move Money” menu option at the bottom
  3. Select “Register” to enroll in the service
  4. You enrollment will be reviewed by our staff. This process typically takes less than one business day 

How to Make a Deposit:

  1. Open the app on your device and select “Deposit Check” under the “Move Money” menu option at the bottom
  2. Select “Deposit Your Check”
  3. After reviewing the Tips, select “Continue”
  4. Enter the check amount and select the account to be deposited to
  5. Endorse your checks and take pictures with phone as directed.
  6. Submit! 

Within seconds you’ll see confirmation that the deposit was received — it’s that easy!

Note: Your endorsement on the back of the check must include the words “For Mobile Deposit Only at Riverview CU” in order for it to be accepted for deposit.

Please be sure retain the check for at least 1 week or until you confirm the funds have been deposited into your account.

Text Banking

Receive banking information in a convenient way by texting Riverview at IM247 (46247)! Through this option we can keep you informed with real-time alerts about account information.

BALBalance for up to three savings or checking accounts
BAL {nick}Balance for up to three savings or checking accounts, where {nick} is a custom 1-6 character credit union nickname assigned within It’s Me 247
BAL {#}Balance for a specific account, where {#} is the 3-digit account suffix. Ex: “000” = savings “100” = checking “040” = Money Market

You can set up one-way text alerts via the e-Alert Subscriptions page, and create alerts similar to your standard e-Alerts:

How Much Will This Cost?

Riverview does not charge a fee for text banking. However, your mobile phone carrier may charge you standard text messaging fees. Please check with your mobile phone carrier if you aren’t sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.

  3. Click on the “Go Mobile” button on the toolbar
  4. Select “Text Banking” to access the enrollment screens
  5. After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247)

Pay Anyone Payments

Send money to anyone, anywhere, anytime with Pay Anyone. Pay Anyone allows you to send money to your friends and family by simply sending a text or email. 

You do not need to know any of the recipients debit card or account information, and they don’t need to know yours! They will receive a link that they click on to receive the funds, and that’s where they will enter their own information. Your recipient can receive funds within 2-3 days via electronic deposit (ACH).

  2. Open the app on your device and select “Pay Anyone” under the Move Money option.
  3. Fill in Sender & Recipient information
  4. Fill in the amount you want to send
  5. Fill in Payment information
  6. Check “I accept the terms of service” and select “Send”
