Welcome! This Web site is provided subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms") by Riverview Credit Union, Inc. or “RCU”. These Terms are a legal agreement and your use of this Web site constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Web site.
THE SITE AND ONLINE CONDUCT
As used in these Terms, "Site" means the entirety of this Web site including all content, services, information, and any portions thereof. This Site provides information about RCU products and services, news, and other content from RCU and third parties. Portions of the Site may also allow users to communicate or share information with RCU or others. When using this Site, you understand and agree that:
- You will only use this Site as intended, and will not use this Site or any for any illegal, nefarious, or improper purpose;
- You will not disrupt, interfere, infect, or alter (or attempt to do any of the foregoing) the Site in any way;
- While using any forums or other social networking tools, you will conduct yourself appropriately and communicate with other users professionally and respectfully;
- You may not obstruct, remove, or otherwise alter any proprietary rights, compliance, or other notices that may be provided with the content or services on the Site; and
- RCU may, at any time and for any reason, terminate or block your access to this Site, or remove or alter the Site (or any portion thereof).
If you provide information about yourself, you agree that you will provide correct and accurate information. Any personal information you provide will be subject to RCU's Privacy Policy.
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your usernames and passwords, and for any activity associated with your online user profile. In the event that your username and password are compromised or you are aware of any unauthorized activity being conducted with your user credentials, you agree to immediately notify RCU.
BANKING & FINANCIAL PRODUCTS
The Site may provide information regarding various banking and other financial products and services – including but not limited to deposit or financing products and credit lines. While these Terms will govern your use of this Site, separate agreements will govern provision of Financial Services. You understand and agree that the terms and conditions of these other agreements for Financial Services solely govern your use of such Financial Services – these Terms shall only govern your use of this Site.
CU ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
You may use CU Online in conjunction with your Access Code, an internet connection and a personal computer for the following services: (a) make check withdrawals from your share and share draft account (s); (b) transfer funds from your share and share draft account(s) to other Credit Union account(s) that you have designated; (c) make balance inquiries on your share and share draft account(s) with us; (d) make loan payments on your credit union accounts from your share and share draft account(s); and (e) make miscellaneous inquiries on credit union services that affect your account. CU Online operates 24 hours every day. If you attempt to use the system and are told that “the system is not available,” please try again later with service is restored.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You understand and agree that RCU or its licensors hold all right, title, and interest to the Site and all intellectual property, material, content, or services provided through the Site. The foregoing applies regardless of (i) the form of intellectual property, (ii) how it was provided to you, or (iii) your geolocation.
You understand and agree that you may only use the content available on this Site as provided to you through the Site, unless otherwise expressly provided by RCU. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile any content or intellectual property contained in or provided through this Site without RCU's prior written consent.
RCU maintains trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other branding material for its various organizations, products, and services, and has a strong interest in maintaining the integrity of its intellectual property and brand. You understand and agree that you will not use any RCU trade or service marks, whether or not such marks are registered, without the prior written consent of RCU.
PRIVACY
The protection of your information privacy and security is important to RCU. RCU complies with and is examined on its compliance with various government regulations regarding the provision of Financial Services. RCU maintains a written information security program based on international standards that is monitored by RCU's Security office.

Any such additional terms and conditions will be provided or made available to you prior to or when accessing these sites, services, or content; and may be provided to you through a hyperlink, a click-through agreement, or other similar means. As with this Site, your use of other RCU Web sites, services, or content will constitute your continued acceptance of any additional or modified terms and conditions.
USER-PROVIDED CONTENT
While using the Site, you may be asked to and may provide to feedback, commentary, information, or other content (collectively, "User-Provided Content") to RCU and other users. You grant to RCU a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute any User-Provided Content provided through this Site; and acknowledge and warrant that you have the right and authority to provide such license to RCU.
TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS
These Terms will continue until either party chooses to terminate them. This may be done by you at any time upon (1) receipt by RCU of written notice of your termination and (2) your ceasing to use and access the Site immediately; and may be done by RCU upon notice to you. If you access or use the Site after providing notice to RCU, you are assenting to these Terms anew. Termination of these Terms by either shall terminate any rights you may have to use any content provided through this Site; however, termination of these Terms shall not affect your rights to access and use Financial Services. Further, any licenses provided to RCU to use User Generated Content shall remain in effect unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties. Provision and termination of Financial Services are governed by separate agreements between you and RCU. Provision and termination of other online services may be governed by separate agreements, as provided in Section 7.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE
RCU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGIONG BUT FOR CLARIFICATION, ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN SEPARATE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN YOU AND RCU INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE GOVERNING ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, INDEMNITIES, OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY RELATED TO FINANCIAL SERVICES.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
RCU IS NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY AND HOWEVER IT MAY BE CAUSED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. THIS LIMITATION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGE OR HARM CAUSED BY INACCURACY OF THE DATA OR SERVICES PROVIDED (OR YOUR RELIANCE ON SUCH DATA OR SERVICES), CHANGES TO THE SITE, PERMANENT REMOVAL OF CONTENT FROM THESITE (INCLUDING USER-PROVIDED CONTENT), OR BREACHES OF THESE TERMS BY YOU.

GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
These Terms and your use of this Site are subject by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Although you may access this Site in other states or countries, your use of this Site still subjects you to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts. These Terms are provided to you in any language other than English are for your convenience only; the English-language version will govern use of this Site.
RCU may occasionally provide you notices about changes to this Site, including the services and content provided in it. Such notices may be provided via email, standard mail, or through the Site.
You also understand and agree that failure of RCU or any RCU Affiliates to enforce their rights under this agreement or at law will not be considered a waiver of such rights.

These Terms supersede any previous terms, conditions, or agreements of the parties regarding the use of the Site. Other RCU Web sites may provide changes or additions to these Terms.
COMPLIANCE NOTES
Riverview Credit Union is a member of the National Credit Union Association, “NCUA”. Your savings are federally insured to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.
UNLAWFUL INTERNET GAMBLING AND OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
You must agree that you are not engaged in unlawful internet gambling or any other illegal activity. You agree that you will not use any of your accounts, access devices or services for unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities. We may terminate your account relationship if you engage in unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities.
