Our New Mobile App has two unique features that you won't find on our traditional online banking platform: Mobile Deposit Capture and Manage My Cards. It also provides you with 3 ways to authenticate and access your accounts: voice, PIN, and fingerprint! Or you can continue to login using your ItsMe247 username and password!
These new features make banking with Riverview even easier wherever you may be!
As a result of these enhancements, all current mobile app users will be required to download the new app from your app store before October 31st to avoid any interruption of service. Also, those members previously enrolled in our Mobile Deposit Service must re-enroll to continue using this service.
Mobile Deposit Capture gives you with a fast, convenient, secure, and easy way to deposit checks without the need of visiting our offices. It’s as easy as taking a picture with your phone or tablet. Just tap, snap, and deposit!
Manage My Cards gives you the ability to temporarily freeze your debit card in the event it is misplaced or presumed lost or stolen. If the card was misplaced and then found, you can unfreeze the card and resume using it. In the event it isn't found, you would still need to contact us to have a replacement card sent to you.
